Who operates this store

The River Mill Academy Spirit Store is built and operated by Crest and Standard Branding, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, on behalf of River Mill Academy. Crest and Standard is the point of contact for all store inquiries at casey@crestandstandard.com.

Orders

All items are made to order after purchase. All sales are final except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Orders cannot be edited after submission, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your order at the time of purchase.

Pricing and tax

All prices are in US dollars. North Carolina sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Product images and colors

Product images are mockups produced from manufacturer garment photography. Actual color may vary depending on your screen and on dye lots between garment production runs. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.

Artwork and approvals

Designs offered in this store are approved by River Mill Academy before they are made available. Items are printed to match the approved artwork.

Substitutions

Garment availability is set by our suppliers. If a garment becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you with the options described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Trademarks and designs

The River Mill Academy name, logo, mascot, and related marks are the property of River Mill Academy and are used with permission. Artwork and designs created for this store are the property of Crest and Standard Branding, LLC. Items purchased here are for personal use. They may not be resold, reproduced, or used commercially.

Your information

Information you provide at checkout is used only to produce and deliver your order. Student names and homerooms are used only to label and identify orders for delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with any third party, ever, other than what is strictly necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alamance County, North Carolina.
