Shipping policy

We do not ship to homes

There is no shipping charge on this store because there is no shipping. Completed orders are delivered together, in bulk, to River Mill Academy, and go home from there. We do not ship to individual customer addresses.

How it works

1. You place your order online.

2. Your item is produced after your order is received. Nothing is pre-made.

3. All orders are delivered together to River Mill Academy.

4. Items are distributed to students and families at the school.

Timing

Please allow 14 to 21 days from the date you order to delivery at the school. Because every item is produced after it is ordered, orders are made and delivered in batches rather than one at a time.

Store season

The store pauses for sales during summer break. You can still browse during the pause, but orders are not accepted or processed. The store reopens no later than three weeks before the first day of school.
